Yale New Haven Health Call Center
Our call center provides patients and consumers with a central source of information on the programs and services offered in each delivery network.

Call Center services include:

• Lithotripsy services for patients with kidney stones are provided by the system in three convenient locations: Bridgeport Hospital, Greenwich Hospital and Yale-New Haven Hospital. Information on the program is available from the Call Center, (888) 461-0106.

Yale New Haven Health Senior Assurance

This Medicare supplemental insurance program provides seniors with an alternative to Medicare managed care plans. Underwritten by Monumental Life Insurance, Yale New Haven Health Senior Assurance provides a high level of benefits beyond traditional Medicare coverage. Additionally, seniors may choose a corresponding pharmacy and vision program to further enhance their health insurance. Seniors enrolling in Yale New Haven Health Senior Assurance can use any hospital or physician in the United States.
