The YNHHS Quality Council initiates, develops, operates and maintains activities directed toward shared clinical and service performance evaluation and improvement. The Council works in collaboration with Yale-New Haven Hospital, Bridgeport Hospital, and Greenwich Hospital.

The Council builds upon the existing commitment to quality improvement and education at each hospital, and contributes to local and national understanding about quality medical care.
